According to GlobalData, Argentina is the world’s largest producer of gold, with output of 1473koz in 2022, up by 0.79% on 2021. Over the five years to 2021, production from Argentina decreased by a CAGR of -9.6% and is expected to rise by a CAGR of 3% between 2022 and 2026.
