Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire – February 10, 2022 – Ares Strategic Mining Inc. (“Ares” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ARS) (OTC:ARSMF) (FRA:N8I1), issued to its directors and officers an aggregate of 22,238,053 Options to purchase 22,238,053 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (“Common Shares”) at an exercise price of $0.13 per Common Share, expiring February 10, 2025 (collectively, the “Options”, and each, an “Option”).
The Company also issued 301,694 common shares (each a “Share”) at a deemed price of $0.15 per Share settling $45,254 in debt owing to a creditor (the “Debt Settlement”) for past consulting services provided to the Company. All securities issued pursuant to the Debt Settlement are subject to a mandatory 4 month hold period.
